A rough ride

Just swapped my ford galaxy for a granvia, initially impressed but does have a hard ride. Am i missing s trick here. no handbook so maybe theres a button to press somewhere. It really does crash into potholes

Has the suspension been lowered? My first Granvia was a 2wd that had been lowered and was almost unbearable in the back.
