I just had a very competitive quote from Aviva. They came out best from all the online comparison sites and the two which don't appear on comparison site i.e. aviva and direct line. :P

NFU mutual offer competitive prices are much nicer to deal with than most insurance companies (and you don't have to be part of the NFU to join ....)

You could try Tesco online - wife and I fully comp with no additional excess was only £180.
However, it is direct line in disguise ;) :)

You could also try Privilege, although part of Direct Line they quote lower premiums than Direct Line for a Granvia.

Hi, I am new here and have purchased a Toyota Granvia from Wellhouse Leisure. As I am an ex-pat resident in Italy I had difficulty finding insurance due to not having a residential address in the UK, but having UK plates on the van. I have found a company who will cover this scenario without any problem. The website is www.italsure.com Hope this is of some help to others in my situation
